Mission

Our mission can be best summarized by our motto, ‘Data for better gaming.’ By providing open-access data to gaming professionals and players, we want to improve the gaming industry in three main aspects.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible gambling is a non-negotiable pillar of every gambling operation. We believe education plays a crucial role in every player’s journey and further research is needed to identify the best educational approach to minimize problem gambling 1 without over-regulating the market.

Player Satisfaction

While a lot of research is committed to problem gambling 2, the neurobiology of gambling behaviors 3, and socio-economic aspects of gambling 4, the part most important from the player’s perspective, is often omitted. How to design games, experiences and promotional campaigns that satisfy the player without enticing negative emotions often associated with gambling.

Marketing

The gambling industry is one of the biggest media spenders in the world 5, making sure the ad dollars are spent efficiently and target exactly the audience intended is crucial for maintaining the responsible gambling standards and player satisfaction.
